Stainless steel zip ties and cable ties in GRADE 304 and GRADE 316

Our stainless steel cable ties are all designed in house and manufactured using our own moulds. They are either grade 304 or 316 stainless steel and available in a huge range of coated colours or uncoated steel in varying widths and lengths to suit your requirements. We're serious about quality, so all of our zip ties have been rigorously tested for compliance by ALS Global. Look for the marked W304 or W316 stamped on the tie buckle t to verify.

Do I need GRADE 304 or GRADE 316 stainless steel zip ties? What is the difference?

It depends on the environmental factors your cable ties will be subject to. 304 stainless steel is made up of 18% chromium and 8% nickel. 316 stainless is made up of 16% chromium, 10% nickel and 2% molybdenum for highest resistance to corrosive elements like sea water. If you have a marine or outdoor project, we recommend 316 ties for longevity. Don't forget your stainless cable tie tool!
